Here's the YUMMY YUMMY Recipe for Red Velvet Brownie Cookies, my favorite! I found it in this free ecookbook and my family fell in-love with them pretty quick. Red Velvet Brownie Cookies

Makes about 36 Cookies
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine butter and sugar until it's nice and creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then add vanilla, vinegar and your food coloring.
  3. In a different bowl: mix together the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt. Slowly add your flour mixture to the creamy mixture from earlier and mix until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and refrigerate the dough for an hour or more.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and arrange them onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the cookies in oven for between 7-9 minutes.
Then after they cool..... It's time to ENJOY some
